Brown Residence
My husband and I recently built our dream home. I used H2R Interiors and Beth Harley to help us with the design. Beth was great to work with. She is very easy going and was a great balance for me! Not everyone wants the same thing from a designer. I wanted someone who would help me achieve what I wanted my home to look like. In the end, I wanted to walk into my house and feel like it was “my” house, not someone else’s. Beth did a wonderful job of listening to me and helping me achieve that, from the kitchen to the bathrooms and most everything in between. Beth and her assistant, Deanna, also did a great job at putting the finishing touches on our home. They have shopped for me on several occasions and picked out home accents that were perfect. They also paired the things that I already had with the new things they selected and positioned things perfectly in our new home. They helped with hanging art and family pictures in just the right places as well. Beth did a great job at helping make our new “house” feel like our “home”. Her expertise in home design and interior decorating helped to give us a home that we are very happy with! I know I would not hesitate in calling Beth and asking for help in the future.

Gramling Residence
Elizabeth (Beth) Harley is beyond amazing…We have worked together on a number of homes in Spartanburg, SC. I can’t imagine working with anyone else…and I never will.
When I was initially looking for someone to help us put our beautiful home in Gramling back together after a fire, I asked her what her decorating style was…you know, your “go to” design favorite?? Was she traditional, modern, trendy, transitional, shabby chic?? Her reply sold me…she said, “My decorating and design style will be your style…what do you like or want? HIRED!!
While we are still working on the Gramling home, we purchased a home in Converse Heights. Beth had incredible ideas, an amazing visual, fabulous eye for color, and even drawing design options (which she did for about 3 other homes prior to this one). We looked at several other homes before purchasing this one, and she did fabulous drawings of different options as far as moving walls, creating more space, etc. We actually used her and let our architect go.
She has great specialty contacts who love working with her from plumbing finishes, cabinets and islands, countertops and tile, paint, and fabrics…she went with me everywhere to choose all of it. However, I would have completely trusted her to do it all without me. She quickly figured out my likes and dislikes…and her taste is impeccable! She will also adapt to any price range. We spent the big money where needed to spend to make the renovation perfect…but she wasn’t offended at all when I drug her to Lowe’s for cabinet door hardware.
So 1 home completed and now on to finishing our home in Gramling. She takes all of the stress and planning out of the equation for her clients. She literally handles everything. She has also been extremely patient with my ever changing mind. Beth Harley has become a wonderful friend, and I am so excited to still be working with her. She makes me want to be a HOUSE FLIPPER!!
